DAY 1. Arrival in Yerevan.  Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 2   Yerevan City Tour. Breakfast in the hotel. Then excursion to the Matenadaran museum (a book depository) the world’s most ancient libraries. Its collections comprise ancient Armenian manuscripts, that came to now days only in Armenian. You will get a first impression from our capital Yerevan, which is older than Rome. You will see the Northern Avenue, Swan Lake and the building of the Opera and Ballet Theater. dinner in a traditional restaurant Further you will pass to the Cascade-architectural complex with sculptures of modern masters from all over the world. A monument to the victims of the Armenian Genocide in 1915 was erected on the high hill of Tsitsernakaberd Park. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 3.  Khor-Virap-Areni-Noravank-Tatev. After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our journey to Khor Virap: Monastery surrounded by green pastures and vineyards in the Ararat plain with the spectacular panorama and view of Mount Ararat. Next stop is the Areni Wine Factory, where centuries-old Armenian viticulture is experiencing its renaissance era. Here we taste world-class Armenian wines. Next excursion to the ancient Armenian monastery Noravank (13th century). The tour  to the Wings of Tatev 5.7 km (3.5 mi) the longest ropeway in the world between Halidzor and the 9th century Tatev Monastery on a large basalt plateau. After an exciting day return to Yerevan.

 DAY 4  Garni- Geghard. After breakfast  in the hotel drive north to the Gheghard Monastery Complex, founded in the 4th century. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here we enjoy the unforgettable performance of the national vocal music of the local choir. A visit to the Garni temples in the Greco-Roman colonnade building is the next step, it is the most famous structure and symbol of pre-Christian Armenia. Dinner in Garni . Master class of baking  lavash (national bread). After dinner return to Yerevan and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 5  Lake Sevan-Dilijan. After breakfast in the hotel let's start our trip to Lake Sevan, one of the largest lakes in the Caucasus region. It is also one of the largest freshwater high mountain lakes in Eurasia. Near the lake there is the Sevanavank Monastery, then on the way to the city of Dilijan with a short city tour - Lunch - and onward journey to Haghartsin: a monastery from the 13th century near the city of Dilijan in the Tavush province of Armenia. Overnight in Dilijan.  

 DAY 6 Dilijan–Akhtala-Haghpat After breakfast at the hotel in Dilijan we start the day with a trip to Lori province. First stop is at Akhtala Monastery where archaeological excavations showed that the area was occupied by humans since the early Bronze Age. Akhtala is also famous for its original and unique frescoes. Next stop is Haghpat. Finally, dinner and arrival in Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 7  Zvartnots- Cathedral – National Museum After breakfast in the hotel excursion to the Zvartnots Cathedral. After we returned to Yerevan, we begin our visit to the National Museum of Armenia. Of course, we should not miss the visit of the large open-air exhibition market in Yerevan Vernissage, where you will find the best examples of Armenian folk art, unique jewelry, exclusive handmade masterpieces. Dinner in the restaurant. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 8  Echmiadzin-Zvartnots-Selebration of Easter Breakfast at the hotel, excursion to Echmiadzin.  Near Yerevan is a small but ancient city of Echmiadzin, famous for its Etchmiadzin Cathedral. According to scholars, it was the first cathedral built in ancient Armenia and is considered the oldest cathedral in the world. Here we participate in the Holy Mass. Departure, transfer to Zvartnots International Airport
