Day 1: Arrival in Yerevan & City Tour

Day 2: Garni Temple & Geghard Monastery

• Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

• Garni Pagan Temple: Drive to Garni to explore the former summer residence of Armenian kings and the only surviving pagan temple in Armenia. Nestled among breathtaking mountains, you can look down into the gorge to witness the unique natural rock formations known as the Symphony of Stones. Here, you will also enjoy a hands-on experience and participate in baking Lavash (traditional Armenian flatbread).

• Geghard Monastery: Next, visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Geghard Monastery, an extraordinary architectural masterpiece partially carved directly into the solid rock. Outside the monastery walls, you will have the chance to try Gata, a delicious traditional Armenian sweet pastry.

• Evening: Return to Yerevan for the night.

Day 3: Yerevan – Lake Sevan – Dilijan

• Morning: After breakfast, head towards the emerald beauty of Lake Sevan.

• Sevanavank Monastery: Visit the historic Sevanavank Monastery, situated on a peninsula that offers stunning, panoramic views over the blue pearl of Armenia.

• Dilijan (Armenian Switzerland): Continue your journey to Dilijan, often called the "Switzerland of Armenia" for its lush forests. Here, you will visit the medieval Haghartsin Monastery (11th–12th centuries), which blends beautifully into the dense green landscape.

Day 4: Haghpat & Sanahin Monasteries – Border Crossing – Tbilisi

• Border Crossing: After lunch in Haghpat, transfer to the Bagratashen border checkpoint. Once customs procedures are complete, you will be met by our Georgian team and transferred to Tbilisi.

• Overnight: Hotel check-in and leisure time in Tbilisi.

Day 5: Tbilisi City Tour

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.

• Old Tbilisi: Begin your guided city tour at the monument of Tbilisi's founder, King Vakhtang Gorgasali, and head up to the Metekhi cliff to enjoy spectacular views of the Old Town. Here, you will visit the historic Metekhi Church (13th century).

• Canyons & Bath Districts: Explore the Leghvtakhevi Canyon, a hidden gorge in the heart of the city featuring a natural waterfall and houses clinging to steep cliffs. Nearby, wander through the historic Abanotubani sulfur baths district, famous since the Middle Ages.

• Modern Meets Ancient: Walk across the futuristic Bridge of Peace, a high-tech glass-and-steel footbridge over the Mtkvari River. Then, take a scenic cable car ride up to Narikala Fortress (4th century), the city’s ancient defensive citadel, offering unparalleled panoramic views of Tbilisi.

Day 6: Jvari Monastery – Ancient Mtskheta – Svetitskhoveli Cathedral

• Morning: Today, you will travel to Georgia's sacred ancient capital, Mtskheta, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the country's oldest cities (founded in the 5th century BC). The town sits beautifully at the confluence of the Aragvi and Kura rivers.

• Svetitskhoveli Cathedral: Visit Georgia's primary cathedral, built on the sacred burial site of Christ’s robe. The cathedral holds deep spiritual significance linked closely to Georgia's adoption of Christianity.

• Jvari Monastery: Perched on a hilltop overlooking Mtskheta, visit the revered Jvari Monastery (meaning "The Cross"). According to tradition, this is where St. Nino erected a wooden cross symbolizing the nation's conversion to Christianity in the 4th century. Take a moment at the nearby "Tree of Wishes" (Natvris Khe) to tie a ribbon and make a wish.

• Wine Tasting: The day wraps up with an authentic Georgian wine tasting in a cozy, local wine cellar.

• Overnight: Return to Tbilisi.

Day 7: Gori (Stalin Museum) & Uplistsikhe Cave Town

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the town of Gori.

• Stalin Museum: Visit the historical museum dedicated to the life of Gori's most famous and controversial native, Joseph Stalin. Established in 1937, the complex features the small wooden house where he spent his childhood, his personal armored railway carriage, and an extensive collection of historical artifacts.

• Uplistsikhe Cave City: Located 10 km from Gori along the Kura River, explore the ancient rock-cut fortress city of Uplistsikhe (a UNESCO tentative site). Carved entirely into the volcanic cliffs, this spectacular cave city dates back to the 1st millennium BC and peaked around the 9th–10th centuries. Wander through its ancient grand halls, temples, and winding rock corridors.

• Overnight: Return to Tbilisi.

Day 8: Departure (Tbilisi Airport)

• Departure: Breakfast at the hotel. At the designated time, you will be transferred to Tbilisi International Airport for your flight back home.
