Letter's Alley

Letters’ Alley is a monument created in 2005, to the 1600th anniversary of the Armenian alphabet. The monument is located in the village of Artashavan on the slope of Mount Aragats. It consists of 39 magnificent letters and their creator Mesrop Mashtots - carved from tuf stone. The Armenian Alphabet has been created in 405.

Armenian is a separate branch in the Indo-European language group.

We can find some Armenian letters similar to the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets but generally they are completely different.. It will be quite interesting for you to discover how your name looks in Armenian, and take a picture near your letter.
