The "Areni Wine Festival" will take place for the 16th time in Areni village, uniting winemakers, wine connoisseurs and visitors who love the Areni community.

"The purpose of the event is to develop event tourism in the community, increase the living standard of the village, contribute to the economic circulation of the community, as well as position Armenia in the international market as a leading country in the production of high-quality wine.

The event will begin with the grape pressing ceremony, which is a winemaking tip. At the festival, the wines of domestic and industrial winemakers will be presented, and the mood of the event will be provided by national music and dance," the Tourism Committee said in a statement.

Entrance to the festival is free. as a souvenir, you can buy a package worth 5,000 drams and use glass glasses from winemakers' booths.
